The Eternal Exchange

Experience breath as a co-regulating force and attune to the subtle, invisible frequencies that shape our shared existence. Through bespoke breath-sensing wearable computing systems, breathing becomes an interface for connecting with oneself, one another and the more-than-human world.

Part of Breathscapes, a multimodal project supported by Immersive Arts, The Eternal Exchange reclaims ancestral breathwork as a living counter-technology, challenging Western ideals of human-centred autonomy and separation from nature.
