Tim Oshodi

Tim Oshodi has specialised in community-led regeneration initiatives for over four decades. He has chaired and project managed four community self-build schemes, three of which are Europe’s largest Black-led eco community builds, including the award-winning homes in Nubia Way. He is a founder of Downham CLT, partnering with voluntary and health stakeholders to tackle the root causes of intergenerational poverty and racism through a trauma-informed land use approach. He shares his inspiring vision of how Ubuntu regeneration can empower communities across the country to achieve their aspirations for affordable eco-homes.
