The Word Exchange competition entry form

Thank you for your interest in joining our national celebration of poetry and local voices.

To take part in the Word Exchange competition you must be aged 16 and over, and living in the UK, and you must complete this entry form.

Before completing this form you should have:

created your own Word Exchange poem, guided by our A Poet in Every Port activity pack
shared a video of your poem on Instagram or TikTok tagging @SouthbankCentre and using the hashtag #APoetinEveryPort.

Your entry form must be submitted before the competition deadline of 11.59pm, Monday 30 November 2026.

The winner, chosen by our panel of judges, will be invited to perform their poem at our London Literature Festival in Autumn 2027.
