Southbank Centre Presents
We’re working with the next generation of cultural programmers and curators to give them valuable experience
Southbank Centre Presents, supported by BAFTA-winning producer Tobi Kyeremateng, enables emerging cultural programmers to gain valuable real-life experience as they develop their own cultural toolkit.
Our first cohort of nine forward-thinking cultural programmers shaping the future of the arts have taken the name the SORI Collective (Speaking Out, Reimagining Institutions). Together they’ll drive this hands-on curation scheme empowering them to build communities and redefine our cultural landscape as we celebrate 75 years.
During their time on the programme, these curators and programmers, each one carefully selected from a sea of applicants, will develop practical skills and theoretical approaches to cultural curation. They’ll learn from industry experts working at the Southbank Centre and our network of partners, including Skin Deep, Resolve Collective, SXSW London and Factory International.

- Literature and spoken word

- Creative technology
