And if you’re after something with more of a spark, Beltane & Pop have got just the thing, with their brand new creation; Feuerzangenbowle. ‘What’s a Feuerzangenbowle?’ you’re undoubtedly asking. Well, it’s Beltane & Pop’s classic mulled wine, topped with a spiced rum soaked sugarloaf that’s set on fire. With the heat the sugar melts, caramelises and adds a distinct sweet smoky flavour to the drink.
So swing by and experiment with their many concoctions galore, and pick your favourite to carry with you on your winter riverside stroll.
Sadly, Beltane & Pop is not currently open here at the Southbank Centre.
