Latin Soul
Inspired by South America’s rich food culture
Latin Soul began with Angela and Valerio, a duo with a deep love for South American flavours and a mission to bring them to London.
Inspired by the continent’s rich food culture, they create dishes that transport you to the bustling streets and vibrant markets of Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.
The three hero proteins of Latin Soul’s dishes are tender achiote-marinated grilled chicken in a rich coconut sauce, slow-cooked pork in Peruvian ají amarillo, and crispy fried cheese. Served in warm wraps or hearty gluten-free rice bowls, each dish is packed with fresh ingredients and bold, flavourful sauces.
Latin Soul offer up a variety of vegetarian options, and dishes can be adapted as vegan on request.
Latin Soul’s must try dish
Encocado de Pollo. Tender grilled chicken, slow-cooked in a rich Ecuadorian coconut sauce, packed with flavour and warmth. Enjoy it in a rice bowl, wrapped up fresh, or over crispy loaded fries.
