This application form is to request a table reservation and/or disabled parking for Simmer Down, our free monthly series of live reggae music. Submitting this form is not a guarantee that we can accommodate your request for a reservation or travel support. Thank you for your understanding.

Table reservations

Due to limited capacity and the popularity of Simmer Down, we can only reserve tables for official community organisations, charities and not-for-profit groups. We have criteria for table reservations so that as many people have the opportunity to have a table as possible. Please carefully read the following criteria before requesting a table reservation:

Table reservations are for official community organisations, charities and not-for-profit groups only who have community members with access needs.
Tables can be reserved for a maximum of 15 people.
We will try to reserve a table for your community group for one date every three months. If you would like to reserve a table for more than one date, we will place you on a waiting list and let you know if a place becomes available.
Priority will be given to community groups based in Lambeth and Southwark and those working with and/or supporting members of the Windrush generation.

Access support

We have a variety of access support available, including the option to book a wheelchair spot and blue badge parking, more information can be found on our access page.

Anyone with access needs can request a disabled parking space reservation. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
