Asma Khan: Monsoon
Add a pinch of flavour to your week with the chef and advocate for social change, as she launches her new cookbook in conversation with Chetna Makan.
Asma Khan is an Indian-born British chef and award-winning author. Born in Calcutta, her culinary career began in the UK with a supper club in her home, evolving into a pop-up and eventually leading to a restaurant, Darjeeling Express.
In addition to her restaurant, Khan gained notable recognition as the first British chef featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table.
In Monsoon Khan offers core techniques to simplify and demystify Indian cookery, empowering readers to apply her culinary know-how more intuitively to their own dishes.
With recipes from Monsoon available to buy from our bar, this is set to be an immersive evening of flavour, conversation and celebration.
