Dr Federica Amati: Every Body Should Know This

Scientist and nutritionist Dr Federica Amati presents her revolutionary new book on making healthier choices for life, in conversation with Eleanor Newton.

Overwhelmed by conflicting nutritional advice? Dr Amati’s Sunday Times-bestselling book Every Body Should Know This uncovers the science behind maintaining good health at every stage of life. It combines nutrition, medical science, and public health advice into a simple, evidence-based guide unpacking what we should all know about the food we love and how it affects us.

Dr Federica Amati is a postdoctoral medical scientist and AfN accredited nutritionist with over ten years experience in scientific research and communications. She is committed to carrying out ongoing nutrition, public health and mental health research at Imperial College London alongside the NIHR and the WHO Collaborating Centre.

She also leads scientific communications for personalised nutrition company ZOE where she works alongside Dr Tim Spector.

Amati is joined for the conversation by chair Eleanor Newton, who is an entrepreneur, facilitator and director of the Trouble Club.
