Fag Packet: DYKE Systems Ltd
An anarchic cocktail of comedy and physical theatre and a sharp, subversive takedown of pyramid schemes, ruthless heteronormativity and corporate feminism.
Sally and Susan are on the hunt for new recruits for their ‘very lucrative business opportunity’ and they’re inviting you to a seminar that could help you get filthy rich!
Equal parts corporate seminar and queer fever dream, DYKE Systems Ltd, follows two American suburban entrepreneurs at the height of 1990’s multi-level marketing expansion.
Blending Fag Packet’s signature cocktail of comedy and physical theatre, DYKE Systems Ltd explores how the forces of greed and conformity threaten us in a capitalist nightmare that’s coming for us all.
As Sally and Susan dive deeper into the world of MLMs, cracks begin to appear, unravelling corruption and unspoken desires as the lies they’ve built everything on start to catch up with them.
Selected as part of The Stage’s Fringe Five – Edinburgh’s breakout theatremakers, this is a hysterical, ‘anarchic delight’. (The Scotsman)
