How do we arrive at the identities we inhabit? Who or what are the sources of impediment, diminishment, disturbance, or estrangement from our singular relationship with ourselves? How do we establish and sustain an ongoing, creative, fresh relationship with the emergent dynamics of our lives?

Autoethnographic inquiry and writing are ways to begin exploring these questions.
