Books in the Park Festival presents Eco Poetry Writing Workshop with Helen Bowell

Poet, editor, and facilitator Helen Bowell is running a writing workshop with Books in the Park that asks what paying attention to nature can do for us and the world.

There will be readings and discussions of contemporary nature poetry that aim to encourage participants to write their own poems in response, to seek a way of writing poems that don’t claim to have the answers but remain curious, open-hearted, and contains multitudes.

Writers of all levels and experiences are welcome to attend.
