New Year Poetry & Mindfulness Uplift are four sessions that provide a positive creative boost for writing and the self, facilitated by Cath Drake.
The sessions will be 45 minutes long, with poetry and mindfulness, across a four week period.
Drawing from the health benefits of mindfulness, the aim is to create a better self awareness, emotional connection, and relationship to space, to aid creativity for writing.
These uplifting sessions are a start to the day in the UK, or a wind down if you are in Australia/NZ nearing the end of the day.
Each session focuses on a theme related to well being, with a prompt or two for writing. Writing with mindfulness gives your writing a refreshing edge.
