Poet and facilitator Cath Drake is hosting a series of online writing workshops focusing on how one could combine writing with practising mindfulness.
These sessions, four 55min early morning writing sessions, aim to offer participants a boost in their creative writing. Each session focuses on a theme related to well-being, with a prompt or two to encourage writing. Writers of all levels and experiences are welcome to attend.
