Poetry Please! Featuring Maggie Brookes-Butt, Martyn Crucefix and Timothy Adès

The Highgate Literary and Scientific Institution is holding a fundraising event with readings from Maggie Brookes-Butt, Martyn Crucefix and Timothy Adès.

Maggie was a Royal Literary Fund Fellow and a much-translated historical novelist and poet. Martyn won an Eric Gregory Award, the Schlegel-Tieck Prize and he is a prolific poetry blogger and reviewer, and an acclaimed translator-poet. Timothy is a rhyming translator-poet and won several awards. He was vice-chairman of the Highgate Society, and edited ‘Buzz’ for many years.
