The National Poetry Competition, run by The Poetry Society since 1978, is one of the world’s most prestigious prizes for a single unpublished poem.
First prize £5,000, second prize £2,000, third prize £1,000, commended prizes £500.

Open to all poets worldwide aged 18+.
