Shepton Mallet Snowdrop Festival Poetry Competition 2025
Closing date: 6 Jan 2025
This competition is looking for previously unpublished poems of up to 30 lines, on the theme ‘Treasures of Nature’.
There are three age groups: 18+, 12 to 17, and 11 & under. Entry is free for under-18s, but is limited to one poem each.
Prizes
18+ Winner: £300
12-17 Winner: £100
11 & under Winner: £50
All shortlisted poets will be invited to read at the prize-giving on 22 February.
