The Caterpillar Poetry Prize 2026

The Caterpillar Poetry Prize 2026 is now open for unpublished poems written by adults for children aged 7-11.
Entrants from anywhere in the world are welcome to submit.
The first prize winner will receive a cash prize of €1,000 plus a week at The Moth Retreat in Ireland. The second and third prize will receive cash prizes of €500 and €250, respectively. The winning poems will also be published in the Irish Times online.
