Wells Festival of Literature's Young Poets' Competition

The Wells Festival of Literature’s Young Poets’ Competition is now open for submissions.
Poems submitted must have 40 lines max, and can be on any theme.
Winners will receive a cash prize of £100 (3rd), £150 (2nd), and £200 (1st), respectively. They will also receive a year’s membership to the Poetry Society.
All the shortlisted poets will be invited to read their poem or send a video of themselves reading their poem in Cedars Hall, Wells on 19th October during the announcement of the winners. All shortlisted poems will also be included in the Poetry Booklet for the festival.
