White Mice Poetry Competition of the International Lawrence Durrell Society

The International Lawrence Durrell Society’s White Mice Poetry Competition is now open for poems on the theme of “home port” — anchorage, harbor, haven, dock — both literal and metaphorical.
Submissions of one or two previously unpublished poems accepted, along with a brief biography.
Prizes: 1) a one-year membership in the International Lawrence Durrell Society; 2) publication in the Society’s journal, Deus Loci, and on its website; and 3) an invitation to read at the International Durrell Society Conference in Vancouver, Canada, on July 16-18, 2026.
