Winchester Poetry Prize 2025

The Winchester Poetry Prize 2025 is now open for submissions from poets all over the world.
Entrants are welcome to submit previously unpublished poems on any subject, in any form or style, and must be written in the English language.
Winners will be announced live at a prize-giving event at The ARC during Winchester Poetry Festival 2025. Winning and commended poems will be published in a competition anthology.
There are cash prizes of £1,000 (1st), £500 (2nd), and £250 (3rd). There is also a cash prize of £150, plus a year long writing tuition package for the Kathryn Bevis Prize, for the best poem entered by a Hampshire-based poet.
