Big Laughs for Little Bellies
Laugh yourself silly at a comedy show hosted by cabaret performer, comedian and magician Ada Campe with an assortment of all-round funny people.
Musical comedians Jay Foreman and Leila Navabi, improv maestro Monica Gaga and internationally renowned poet Joshua Seigal bring devilishly cheeky songs, poems and comedy to the floor for a barrelful of laughs.
Jay Foreman is a musical comedian whose songs have been heard on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 4 Extra, The One Show and several sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. He is also known for his YouTube channel featuring series such as Map Men and Unfinished London. He is currently touring the UK with his family-friendly show Jay Foreman’s Disgusting Songs for Revolting Children.
Monica Gaga is a British-born Black African queer host, improviser, facilitator, maker and performer. She has been performing and hosting for 15 years, improvising for 24 years and facilitating professionally for 18 years.
Leila’s Navabi’s previous work includes a critically acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe debut with her musical comedy Composition, which successfully transferred to Soho Theatre. Her writing credits span notable productions like Bad Education (BBC Three), Crush Hour (Audible), and I’ve Been So Touched (BBC Radio 4).
Joshua Seigal is an internationally renowned poet, performer and educator. His first book with Bloomsbury, I Don’t Like Poetry, was nominated for the Laugh Out Loud Award, an award he has subsequently won twice. He is an official ambassador for National Poetry Day, and has been commissioned to write and perform for the BBC.
