Hurtle into a time-travelling adventure for ages six and over, featuring magical puppetry and exploring themes of friendship and the environment.

Zoe loves nothing more than meeting up with friends, but one day as she’s getting ready something very peculiar happens.

She is catapulted a hundred years into the future to a mysterious island made entirely of plastic waste. Why is she there?

Zoe doesn’t have time to think before her real adventures begin.

Determined to find a way home, she seeks help from the Island’s three curious Scavengers and, in a race against time, the Ancient Spirit of the Island sends them on a quest.

Zoe sets off to explore, solving riddles and helping new friends out of trouble, all the while searching for a mysterious deep-sea treasure.

Will she find her way home?

All performances are Relaxed (RP).

Relaxed Performances have a relaxed approach to noise and movement in the space, and you are free to enter and exit during the performances. A chill-out space and noise-cancelling headphones are available for both adults and children. There are no adjustments to sound and lighting for these performances.

The performances at 2.30pm on Saturday 2 September and 11am on Sunday 3 September are signed with a mixture of British Sign Language interpreted (BSL), Sign Supported English (SSE) and gesture. BSL interpretation is provided by Stacey Green.

To book tickets for BSL interpretation, call us on 020 3879 9555 or email [email protected].

The performance on Sunday 3 September at 11am is also Sensory Adapted. It has lower levels of lighting and sound effects, so may be especially suitable for audiences with sensory sensitivities. This may include those with neurodivergence such as autism, learning difficulties or other sensory or communication needs. House lights are also left on at a low level to help make any movement in the auditorium safer.
