See the next big thing first at futuretense, our free weekly gig featuring an eclectic line-up of international artists selected for being the best in up-and-coming talent.

Artists who have played at our free events early in their musical careers include Jamie Cullum, Kojey Radical, Lady Leshurr, Pumarosa and Poppy Ackroyd.

Once a month we partner with BBC Music Introducing to present an act that is hotly tipped by presenters across the country, and once every other month we partner with Tomorrow's Warriors to support the young talent coming from the jazz scene. We also support homegrown talent through our artist development scheme and partnerships.

futuretense was previously known as Friday Tonic.
