Portrait of Isobel Waller-Bridge in a black high neck fleece, Purcell Sessions
Isobel Waller-Bridge

Composer and pianist Isobel Waller-Bridge performs new work for her debut UK show.

Waller-Bridge is a composer known for her soundtracks for film, television and theatre, alongside her work in electronic and contemporary classical music.

Her work includes the soundtracks for Black Mirror, Fleabag, Munich – The Edge Of War, Emma and the Babak Anvari film I Came By.

Alongside her commission for the Philharmonia Orchestra that premiered at the Royal Festival Hall in 2021, she has also collaborated with the iconic fashion houses Alexander McQueen and Simone Rocha, and principal dancer of the Royal Ballet Francesca Hayward.

This performance is part of our Purcell Sessions, a year-round series creating a space for artistic encounters. We invite artists to come together, create and play in the intimate setting of the Purcell Room at Queen Elizabeth Hall.
