Sara & Cariad’s Weirdos Book Club: Harriet Walter

Comedians and authors Sara Pascoe and Cariad Lloyd present a live edition of their podcast – a space for the lonely outsider to feel accepted and appreciated.

Welcome to your new book club! Join the duo for a live show as they discuss a book that’s special, stimulating and, y’know, weird, with guest Dame Harriet Walter DBE.

Previous guests have included Naomi Klein, David Nicholls, Nish Kumar, Ian Rankin, Marian Keyes, Yomi Adegoke, Annie Macmanus, Eliza Clark and Tim Key.

Pascoe has appeared on Out of Her Mind, Taskmaster, The Great British Sewing Bee, Comedians Giving Lectures and Guessable?; while Lloyd has appeared on Griefcast, Austentatious, Alan Partridge, Peep Show and QI.

Dame Harriet Walter DBE is a British actress. She has received a Laurence Olivier Award as well as numerous nominations, including a Tony Award, three Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. In 2011, she was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) for services to drama, and in 2024 she received a BAFTA TV Award nomination for her role in the international hit series Succession.
