Visit our Ticket Office on Level 2 of Royal Festival Hall between 10am – 8pm daily. There is no transaction fee when you book in person.
* There is no transaction fee for Members for any event.
We accept all major credit cards and Southbank Centre Gift Vouchers. We also accept cash for bookings made in person.

Tickets can be collected at Southbank Centre or sent via post. You can nominate which method you prefer when buying your ticket. For some events it is possible to print tickets at home.
If ordered within 5 days of the performance tickets should be collected from the Ticket Office by the cardholder and the card used to make the booking must be produced.
The Ticket Office can be found on Level 2 of Royal Festival Hall. ID may be required for concession tickets*
Tickets are posted within 5 to 10 working days. Tickets for events further ahead than 14 days are sent by second class, those less than 14 days by first class. Your tickets will be posted unless otherwise agreed with the Ticket Office at the time of booking. Tickets should be collected by the card holder and the card used to make the booking must be produced. All non-UK address ticket sales are held for collection.
A limited allocation of half-price tickets is available for recipients of Universal or Pension Credit, full-time students and those aged 16 and under. There are also discounts for members of our Access scheme.
Concession-priced tickets are sold on first-come-first-served basis, and once sold no further tickets are available by any method of booking. Appropriate cards to be shown. Please note discounts cannot be combined.

Group bookings cannot be made online.
Tickets can be returned for a Credit Voucher valid for a year, or can be exchanged for another performance if they are received by the Ticket Office at least 48 hours before the performance.
This service is offered to the original purchaser of the tickets only and there is an transaction fee of £2 per ticket. Occasionally this service may not be available.
